Biography

Born and raised in the Dallas area, Andrew Klopfer's Texas roots run deep, from his undergraduate years at Texas A&M University to his time at SMU Dedman School of Law. During his time at Texas A&M University, Andrew distinguished himself as a member of the Corps of Cadets, where he had the honor to lead 50 cadets as the Commanding Officer of Squadron 20, demonstrating the leadership skills that would later define his legal career.

After completing his undergraduate degree, Andrew went on to earn his law degree magna cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law while serving as a Senior Articles Editor for the SMU Science & Technology Law Review.

Since entering the practice of law in 2020, Andrew has focused exclusively on representing victims of serious injuries, handling cases throughout Texas involving commercial truck accidents, wrongful death claims, traumatic brain injuries, negligent security, and workplace injuries.

Licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, his command of complex litigation has led to numerous successful outcomes for his clients.

As an Eagle Scout who understands the value of preparation and dedication, Andrew approaches each case with meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to his clients' needs. When not advocating for his clients, he can often be found outdoors or at a Texas Rangers baseball game.
